I received this product for free to review....at the PERFECT time. I had an armband for my iPhone 4s for bike riding, but I upgraded to an iPhone 6 last fall and didn't think about needing a new armband until I tried to cram my new phone into my old armband. #fail. A few days later, this arrived on my doorstep! This armband is actually a lot better than my old one. For starters, it has a little hideaway spot for you to put a key during your run/ride, which is a nice plus. It's got a spot on the bottom where you can connect your headphones, an absolute must for working out. It's also got a spot at the top where your back camera lens and flash are. I don't typically rip my armband off my arm in the middle of a ride to take a picture, but I guess if something really exciting happened, you have that option. :)
The band itself is adjustable and attaches with velcro so it's stays put once you strap it on. The band is fabric so it doesn't dig into your arm or move around. I'm not sure if it's washable or not. I guess it might get kind of gross after wearing it awhile, but then again, my old one got a lot of wear and it never got gross. (Addendum: I checked the Amazon page and it says it's washable. Yay!) There is a clear plastic screen that protects the front of your phone while still making it visible while you're running/biking. My phone fit perfectly in it. It wasn't too hard to get the phone out and there wasn't too much wiggle room.
