Derma Roller by puruskin

When I first received this product, I knew very little about it.  I had seen some people advertise it from a direct sales company, but didn't know what it did, or really, what it even was.  After a quick text to my dermatologist, who stated it was likely safe, but probably not very beneficial for me, and a bit "ouchy."

This roller comes with a user manual, the roller handle and three heads: one for the eye area, one for the face, and one for the body. The eye area has needles that are 0.5mm and 180 needles, the face one has 1.0mm needles and 600 needles and the body has 1.5mm and 1200 needles.  They are easily interchangeable and are color coded to make it easy to remember which is which.  The needles are titanium.  The idea behind the product is that the needles penetrate the hard epidermal layer of the skin, and use of the product will create hundreds of new channels that break just below the skins surface.  This way products can be absorbed at a greater rate.  The benefits listed include  that it gently exfoliates unhealthy skin cells, stimulates blood flow to surface, massages the skin, cleans our pores, stimulates collagen re-growth, and increases skin absorption rate.

The uses manual gives instructions to prepare the roller, use the roller properly, after treatment care, cleaning, side effects, and safety.

In using this product, I realized I'm a huge baby.  I couldn't handle doing this on my face and didn't even attempt to do it on my skin.  Realistically, I think that some people could handle it, but it wasn't worth it to me.  It was much easier to tolerate on my legs.

I've only been using this product for a short time so I'm not sure how well it works long-term, but I've heard great things about them.  If you're interested in purchasing one, you can find them here!

**I did receive this product for free in exchange for my honest review**
